A person who sows sparingly will reap sparingly, and one
who sows bountifully will reap bountifully. People must give according
to what they have inwardly decided; not sadly, not grudgingly,
for God loves a cheerful giver.
2 Corinthians 9:6.7
Weekly contributions, in addition to Second Collections and donations to the Building Together in Faith Capital Campaign (the “Capital Campaign”), are a vital part of St. Philip Neri’s mission and its daily operations. We ask that each family prayerfully consider their contributions and be as generous as their means permit. We realize that, due to circumstances beyond control, not every family has the wherewithal to make the same size gift. One can, however, make a sacrifice that is in proportion to the extent to which God has blessed our parishioners and their loved ones. All contributions are greatly appreciated. Fr. John thanks everyone, on behalf of the entire Parish family, for the generosity and financial support.

Additional Ways to Give
Two methods are offered through which donors may make contributions by electronic means:
Online Bill Pay: Payment initiated by donor through donor’s bank.
Online Giving: Two methods are offered, both of which are processed through Vanco Services. One method may be initiated by the donor, with the other method enabling initiation by St. Philip Neri.
The electronic methods offered by St. Philip Neri are processed by Vanco Services, a trusted industry leader that specializes in electronic payment solutions. With over 20 years of experience in cash management, Automated Clearing House (ACH) processing, and risk management, Vanco Services has been designated as a PCI (Payment Card Industry) Level 1 Compliant Service Provider. The company, which has over 19,000 clients in a variety of industries nationwide, uses the latest available technology, strict confidentiality, and the highest level of security in its payment processing. They provide timely, accurate, reliable and secure processing services for both recurring and one-time transactions. Through Vanco Services, St. Philip Neri offers electronic payments via two Online Giving options. The first option enables payments to be initiated by the donor, with the second option enabling St. Philip Neri to initiate payments after the donor has provided authorization. Parishioners can easily fulfill their donations through these methods, and thus ensure continued support of the Parish and its operations.
Please note that while Vanco Services does not charge the donor a fee for using their service, the Parish does pay a nominal fee for the processing of such donations. The fees charged to the Parish can be minimized through the establishment of a Recurring Payment, as opposed to a One-Time Payment. If one chooses the One-Time Payment option, however, fees can still be reduced by opting for a two-day transaction instead of the next day. Donors may also choose to make an additional donation to the Parish, one that would be equal to the nominal transaction fee and/or the credit card processing fee.
Benefits of Electronic Giving
St. Philip Neri offers parishioners the ability to fulfill their contributions to the Parish through electronic means. Many advantages and conveniences, for both parishioners and the Parish, result from automation, including:
A user-friendly system, one that reduces check writing for donors and spreads donations over a given time period;
Provides for uninterrupted contributions even when parishioners are unable to attend mass due to illness or out-of-town travel;
Increases operational efficiencies, provides predictable cash flow, and lowered administrative costs due to reduced need for envelopes; and
Questions on the methods in which Charitable Giving may take place should be directed to the Parish Accountant.
