Usage of St. Philip Neri Facilities

 

St. Philip Neri enables Religious Education classes, charitable and social organizations, outreach programs and ministries to use Parish facilities as a meeting and event facility. All participants must be aware that the Parish Center is a place of worship and the Ministry Building the site of church administration and operations. As such, facility users should always act in a responsible manner and treat the facilities with respect. Several documents (which are provided below), depending on the needs and requests of the organization, must be reviewed, completed and returned to the Parish Office prior to usage.

 

The “Priority of Use” for Parish facilities has been established as follows:

 

Worship & Liturgy

Religious Education

Official Parish Boards

Parish Organizations

Parishioner Requests

Other Requests as Schedule Allows

Please be aware that:

 

All events must be scheduled through the Parish Office. A Scheduling Request Form must be completed and returned to the Parish Office.

All organizations must clear the premises by the agreed-upon time. All events must end by 9:00 p.m., although exceptions may possibly be approved in advance by the pastor.

All organizations, prior to requesting the use of a facility, must review the Building Policies Statement. This statement provides important details regarding the usage of St. Philip Neri’s facilities.

All organizations, prior to requesting the use of a facility, must review the Guidelines for Building Maintenance.

All organizations, prior to requesting the use of the kitchen in the Parish Center or the Butler’s Pantry in the Ministry Building, must review and sign the Agreement for Use. The completed form must be returned to the Parish Office.

All organizations, prior to requesting the use of a facility, must review and sign the Adult Hold Harmless/Indemnity Agreement. The completed form must be returned to the Parish Office.

Requests for facility usage by organizations that are unaffiliated with St. Philip Neri must review and sign the Unaffiliated Organization Agreement. The completed form must be returned to the Parish Office.
